Why Plan a Multi-Day Ocoee Stay?
From adventure right outside your door to all you need right in one location, our Ocoee Resort connects you to the best of the corridor, and everything you need during your trip, in one special place. Whether you’re organizing a family vacation, bachelor/bachelorette trip, corporate retreat, or weekend with friends, the setup makes it easy.
Here’s everything you need to know to plan a multi-day trip on the Ocoee River Corridor.
Ocoee Cottages, Camping, and RV Space
Your experience starts with choosing how you want to stay—and there’s something for everyone.
Tent Camping
Pitch your tent in a wooded campsite and enjoy a classic camping atmosphere. Think hammocks, campfires, and nights under the stars. These are primitive sites with easy access to a 24/7 bathhouse and a short walk to the Bus Bar & Grill. And one of the most important parts – many spots are very shaded under the treetops – a must for hot summer days!
RV Sites
Traveling with an RV? Full hookup sites make it easy to stay comfortable while still enjoying the natural setting. Our RV space is also right near a 24/7 bathhouse and a stone’s throw from all the fun and flavor of the Bus Bar & Grill.
Bungalows
A great middle ground between camping and cabins, our bungalows offer a simple, cozy place to rest after a full day of activity. These cozy spots can fit up to 4 people and have a kitchenette perfect for stowing leftovers and making that pre-adventure cup of coffee.
Cabins
Perfect for families or larger groups, cabins provide more space, privacy, and comfort, ideal for multi-day stays or retreats. Our two fully-furnished cabins comfortably sleep 9-10 people and have full kitchens, spacious porches and space to enjoy a campfire under the stars.
No matter where you stay, you’re just steps from all the pre- and post-river fun you can find on the corridor.
Multi-Day Ocoee River Itinerary
Day 1: Dive Into the Adventure
Kick things off with what the Ocoee is known for – America’s favorite whitewater!
Hit the River
Take on the legendary Ocoee River with a guided rafting trip through Class III–IV rapids. It’s fast-paced, splashy, and the perfect introduction to the weekend. Half-day and full-day trips available!
Settle In After the Ride
When your trip ends, you don’t have to go far. Head back to your site or cabin, change into something comfortable, and ease into the evening.
Campfire Hangout
Gather your group, light a fire, and swap stories from the river. It’s the kind of simple moment that ends up being a highlight.
Dinner, Drinks & Live Music
As the evening rolls in, head over to The Bus Bar & Grill. No driving required!
- Fresh, casual food for lunch and dinner
- Cold drinks and creative cocktails
- Live music every weekend during the season
- Weekend breakfast buffet to start your mornings right
It’s the social hub of the entire corridor, where guests and locals come together after a day outdoors.
Day 2: Keep the Momentum Going
Let’s explore the corridor!
Hike and Bike in Cherokee National Forest
There are endless trails to see right off of our property! Bring your bike or your hiking boots and hit up some of the best views in the corridor.
Relax Without Leaving the Property
After a big day of trails, you don’t need a plan. That’s the beauty of staying here.
Kick back at your campsite or porch, or grab a drink and hang with your group at The Bus. There’s no wrong answer for a happy hour at the resort!
Day 3: Mix in Something Different
By day three, you’ve got options—keep the adrenaline going or slow things down.
Enjoy a Lake Day
If you feel like laying out in the sun, Parksville Lake is the perfect place to post up for a picnic, easy water activity, and sun tan. With tons of space to lay out, take a dip, and enjoy some sunshine, you’ll head back to the resort sun-zapped and happy.
Make Friends at the Resort
From hanging out at the Bus Bar to hitting up a live music show to just enjoying the vibes of the campsite, we love fostering a social atmosphere so visitors and locals can connect over a cold beer or s’more!
Stay Longer. Experience More.
There’s no single way to do the Ocoee—and that’s the point.
Stay a couple nights or turn it into a long weekend. Go hard on adventure or take your time. However you build your trip, Ocoee Resort makes it easy to enjoy every part of it without overcomplicating the plan.
Come for the river—stay for the full experience.
